The manufacturing process starts from the metal sheet, which is notched and pierced and then fed into the bending section, which forms the front and rear edges of the cabinet. The different sections of the profile are carried out with different programs. The semi-finished metal sheet is fed in the joggling section of the front upper corners and end edges bending to achieve the final bending of the cabinet.
To complete the cycle it is possible to add a number of assembly sections to clinch the reinforcements. The finished piece is picked up from the line and unloaded on a motorized belt conveyor.
Cycle time: 1 cabinet every 12 seconds
Model changeover: within the cycle time
Material: pre-painted pickled cold rolled metal sheet
The manufacturing process starts from the metal sheet for a single panel or set of twos. The sheet is notched and pierced and then fed into the longitudinal bending section, which forms the front and rear edges of the panel. The different sections of the profile are achieved with different programs. The semi-finished metal sheet is fed in the edge bending section and coining section of the upper front corners of the panel.
To complete the cycle it is possible to add a number of assembly sections to clinch the reinforcements. The finished piece is picked up from the line and unloaded on a motorized belt conveyor or piled by a robot system.

The manufacturing process starts from the metal sheet for a single door or set of twos. The sheet is notched and pierced and then fed into the bending section, which forms the longitudinal edges of the door. The different sections of the profile are achieved with different programs. The semi-finished metal sheet is fed in the bending or head flanging section.
To complete the cycle it is possible to add a number of sections for the reinforcement assembly for the door handles, after the bending or head flanging section. The finished piece is picked up from the line and unloaded on a motorized belt conveyor or piled by a robot system.

The sheet is notched and pierced and then fed into the longitudinal bending section, which forms the front and rear edges of the panel. The different sections of the profile are achieved with different programs in the bending sections. The semi-finished metal sheet is fed in the flanging section for lower corners flanging and bending of panel end edges.

The manufacturing process starts from coil. The coil is notched and pierced on a flat surface. If requested, the longitudinal edges are double bended, for double thickness, and then fed to the next processing section. All cabinet rear panel embossings and notchings are achieved in two steps.
The back inspection panel is also notched and ejected simultaneously with other operations. The semi-finished piece is then fed into the final bending section. The finished piece is picked up from the line and unloaded on a motorized belt conveyor.
Cycle time: 1 cabinet every 12 seconds
Model changeover: automatic

The manufacturing process for drums requires a series of different steps since it is basically composed of five elements.
The blank is executed starting from the coil, it is then wrapped, seamed or welded at the edges to form a cylinder. The lifters to be fitted inside the wrapper are fed from a conveyor that runs parallel to the manufacturing line. The front and back flanges are produced separately and then seamed to the wrapper to obtain a single piece.
The crosspieces are fed from a conveyor that runs parallel to the line, inserted in the wrapper and screwed in.
Since the drum is a dynamic component of washing machines, it undergoes a quality control inspection at the end of the manufacturing process.
Cycle time: 1 drum every 12 seconds

The manufacturing process for the oven cavity requires a series of steps since it is composed of different elements.
The blank is executed starting from the coil, it is then bent on the four sides, seamed or welded at the edges to form a cavity with square or rectangular base.
The back/bottom panel is manufactured separately, and fitted to the back side of the cavity by a robot, it is then resistance or laser welded to the cavity to obtain a single piece.
The assembly supports of the cavity are fed from a second feeding system to be welded to the piece.
The cavity is transferred to the enameling station by a belt conveyor.
Cycle type: 1 cavity every 12 seconds
Model changeover: automatic
